Hammanskraal

The Hammanskraal Bridge erection was one of our earliest projects. This Pedestrian Bridge was erected in a small village in Hammanskraal. The river over which it was erected is prone to flooding, leaving the community separated from much needed amenities. Thus, the erection of this Bridge allowed for access to these amenities, such as schools, clinics and churches. Not only was this beneficial for the community in that way, but it also allowed for skills transfer, enabling workmen to acquire new skills which would stand them in better stead when job seeking. It also allowed for some long-term employment for those who were tasked with maintaining the Bridge. This Bridge was a great success and an indication of things to come.
